Graduated Licensing System Flowchart
To drive in Melbourne, you have to pass the VicRoads test which is based on the Graduated Licensing Scheme. This schemes requires all new drivers to pass through three licensing stages before obtaining a full driver licence. This flow chart shows how a new driver will progress through the licensing scheme.
